Reading Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It is designed to give you a complete picture of your current activity and standing in the chapter within seconds — no digging through menus required.

The dashboard has two main areas: a main column on the left (stat cards, actions, progress) and a leaderboard sidebar on the right (visible on wider screens).

Directly below the page heading, you may see a coloured nudge banner. This banner appears only when there is a specific action you should take:

Blue banner — "Post your first Give": Appears when you have not yet posted any Gives. This is your invitation to start contributing.

Amber/orange banner — "X intro requests waiting": Appears when you have pending introduction requests that need your review. Click the Review button to go directly to those requests.

The nudge banner disappears when there is nothing urgent requiring your attention. A dashboard with no nudge means you are fully up to date.

Below the nudge, four cards display your key activity metrics:

My Gives (blue card): The number of active Gives you currently have posted. Click this card to go to your Gives management view. This number reflects only active (non-archived) Gives.

Chapter Gives (teal card): The total number of active Gives across your entire chapter. This tells you how active the giving ecosystem around you is. Click to browse all chapter Gives.

Introductions Pending (purple card): The number of introduction requests you have received that are awaiting your review. If this number is above zero and shows a red "new" badge, act on it promptly — someone is waiting for your response.

Give Score (amber card): Your current credit total and your tier badge. Click to go to the leaderboard and see how your Give Score compares to other chapter members.

Below the four stat cards, two panels sit side by side:

Karma Coins (amber panel, left): Your current Karma Coin balance, displayed as a positive or negative number. A positive number means you are giving more than you are seeking. A negative number means you have been requesting more introductions than you have been facilitating. The floor is −30. See the Credits, Karma Coins, and Tiers article for a full explanation.

Tier Progress (white panel, right): A visual breakdown of your current tier, your Give Score, and how many credits you need to reach the next tier. The coloured progress bar fills from left to right as you accumulate credits toward the next milestone. At Keystone (the top tier), the bar shows 100% and displays a completion message.

The Quick Actions row gives you one-click access to the four most common tasks on the platform:

Post a Give (blue): Opens the Give creation form.

Browse Gives (white): Takes you to the full Gives feed for your chapter.

Introductions (white): Opens the Introductions section where you manage received and sent requests.

Invite Members / Members (white): If you are a Chapter Admin, this opens the Invite Members page. For regular members, this links to the Member Directory.

On wider screens, a leaderboard panel appears on the right side of the dashboard showing the top 8 chapter members ranked by Give Score.

Each entry shows the member's rank position (🥇🥈🥉 for top three, then #4 through #8), their name, their business name, their Give Score in credits, and their current tier badge.

Click any member's name to go to their profile. Click "View all →" to see the complete chapter leaderboard on the dedicated leaderboard page.

The leaderboard refreshes with each page load and reflects real-time Give Scores.
